Juan Carlos Sierra and Catalina Melo from the National Library of Colombia created a Spanish translation of the Competency Index to support their implementation of the Global Libraries program in Colombia. Note that the translation applies to all the Index competency categories and related competency definitions, but does not include the most detailed level of statements.
