| Staff Training Spotlight: The WebJunction Staff Training in Libraries: 2007 Fact Sheets provide insights into how public and academic libraries support, deliver and evaluate staff training programs. These libraries were randomly selected to participate in a Web-based survey from May 15 to July 1, 2007. These fact sheets highlight key findings on how staff training is provided in terms of training formats, ROI and dollars spent. We hope you find this fact sheet valuable as you examine your library's staff training programs. After you’ve had a chance to peruse these fact sheets, we would love to hear how you are managing staff training in your library. What kinds of training formats are offered for library staff?
