Rain Sissel
Instructional Designer
Rain joined the WebJunction team in 2024 to manage and develop new learning experiences to support the continued education of library staff. Her previous experiences designing curricula for both adult learners and children serve her well as the instructional designer for WebJunction. Before moving into instructional design, Rain worked as an elementary educator at Seattle Public Schools. Rain received her bachelor’s in journalism from Creighton University and her master’s in teaching from the University of Washington
