The attached spreadsheet example was used by WebJunction staff as they planned for the February 2010 online conference. The plan includes considerations related to:

• How to update your calendar messaging, email templates to reflect transition for users.
• Communication plan (to users, presenters, admins, stakeholders)
• Updating presenter orientation (emails, presenter best practice documentation, PPT slides for presenter practice session)
• Archiving workflows (downloading, creating user access as document on site with related resources)
